This great class is a fusion of scrapbooking and bookbinding, teaching students how to use their traditional scrapbooking supplies in a new application. Learn how to tie signatures and techniques to making a great layered album. Once you have your new book bound you will embellish it with an assortment of Melissa Frances products and a few vintage ones too! Since there is no specific theme to this book, you can use it for many different events and occasions. We highly recommend that students do not bring double-sided tape on a roll, as applying the tape to the elaborate shape of the chipboard backdrop will be time consuming.), scissors, x-acto (craft/utility) knife and cutting surface to protect table, a little piece of sandpaper, brown ink for distressing.

In this workshop students will work with this stamp collection and learn water color pencil techniques to make 4 gorgeous greeting cards. We will use papers from several different Melissa Frances collections in this project. The bulk of class time will be spent learning the watercolor technique. So do not worry about finishing these cards in class, as we provide you with full color step-by-step instructions to take home. Students will also receive an exclusive Melissa Frances tote bag.
