An Owlsome Card Duo

The class will consist of a number of different elements. You will be using Gelatos to create a simple background for both cards, using Krazy Kreations outline stickers and handmade glitter paper, and stamps from our exclusive stamp line. The class kit will include the Pine Trees stamp set, a Gelato and 2 coloring pens. A prestamped owl and sentiment will be provided from our Owl stamp set. The Gelato and pine tree stamps will be used to make a great background for both cards. On one card you will then explore the technique of coloring on white glitter paper with outline stickers and alcohol markers. We will demonstrate how easy it is to blend and shade colored images on this wonderful glitter medium! The second card will be created using our pre-stamped owl from our Owl stamp set and trying different coloring pens. In addition, we will be adding brads and laser cuts to create a dimensional finish. A matching die for the Owl stamp will be available to use in class. The Owl Stamp & Die sets will also be available to purchase at a special class price to take home. Join us for a fun class creating a 6 page school days layout. You will be using our great laser cuts combined with other materials. We will show you how to use Gelatos to create a background and add detail to plain cardstock. You will learn different ways to create layouts and titles/tags to add pizzazz to your pages. You will get to choose a school grade title from our collection. Available grades are Preschool through 12th Grade. The kits will include our new wooden school laser cuts exclusive to this class, which you will color using a selection of pens available for you to try, or bring your own favorite pens. During the class you will be able to use our glue and Gelatos and try different coloring pens.

You will learn how to create a great background using Faber Castell Gelatos, how to use the stamps with vellum, using embossing techniques and how to color vellum.
