Since we had the opportunity to hold the GLMM the traditional weekend of Fall Spooktacular – we will return to West Branch in 2022!

Check-in Times:
Guest room check in is at 4p; however, early arrival will be accommodated based on availability.
Guest room check out time is 11 am.
Crop check in is as follows:
FOUR Day Package – Crop check in at 3p Thursday – Check out at 3p Sunday
(Must have a minimum of 10 registered for Thursday, or we will convert you to 3 Day Package 30 days prior to event.)
THREE Day Package – Crop check in at 3p Thursday or 9a Friday – Check out 1a Saturday or 3p Sunday
TWO Day Package – Crop check in at 9a either Friday or Saturday – Check out 1a Saturday or 3p Sunday
The 24-hour crop room opens on Thursday at 3p and remains open until Sunday 3p!

Friday, October 8, 2021 – 12p Lunch, 6p Dinner

Sunday, October 10, 2021 – 10a Hot Breakfast/Brunch

GOODIES when you arrive! A scrapbook kit, and a new beverage cup are among the items you will receive just for attending our crop event!
PRIZES on Friday and Saturday – Each guest will receive 5 tickets at their table. Place your tickets with the prize you wish to win. You may purchase additional tickets for $1 each or $10 for 15 tickets. Net proceeds will be donated to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the MI Cookie Project. Purchase tickets from Great Lakes Scrapbook Events team members.
BONUS TICKETS for bringing something to share for the Hospitality Room! Are your cookies to die for? Do you make a mean snack mix? Contributing your specialty to the Hospitality Room will earn you bonus tickets for the raffle drawings! (Homemade goodies are worth more tickets than store bought… This is completely optional!)

TBA/night – Standard Non-Poolside Room – King or Doubles
Enjoy crafting and outlet shopping at this exciting event location! All types of crafters welcomed! Craft and lodge in the SAME building! Plus enjoy a large swimming pool and atrium area and on-site restaurant.
The hotel is within walking distance to the outlet mall and minutes from the I-75 freeway.

Deposit, Cancellation & Refund Policy: A $100 deposit is necessary to hold your space. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Written requests for refunds will be honored up to 30 days prior to the event, less a $25 processing fee – you may also transfer to another event weekend with at least 30 days notice. Within 30 days of the event, no refunds will be available, as preparations for your arrival are underway. You may send someone in your place if you are unable to attend.
Registration Confirmation: Whenever possible confirmation will be emailed to you. If no email is available, confirmation will be mailed.
Children: These retreat weekends are for adults only.
